Freya Law is a solo legal practice offering tailored legal services across multiple sectors.

I am a qualified lawyer in Türkiye and a practising solicitor in England & Wales, with experience in the IT sector, particularly in the mobile gaming industry. Over the years, I have developed a track record in the mobile gaming sector in the UK, working closely with game developers and app publishers. This hands-on experience has given me an understanding of the industry and its key players.

A core part of my work involves advising on intellectual property matters, with a considerable record of resolving infringement claims. I also specialise in data protection and privacy law, having played a pivotal role in a high-profile settlement in a Big Tech data dispute.

I also handle general corporate matters, including business structuring, mid/small-sized acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and cross-border transactions, particularly between the UK and Türkiye. I am valued for my support during sensitive legal and commercial issues, helping clients navigate complex contract negotiations, asset and share transfers, and other key transactions.

In addition, I am a commercial litigator in Türkiye, with knowledge of Turkish court practices, procedures, and substantive law. Given that Turkish litigation is primarily conducted through written briefs, I am adept at developing strategies and managing cases from the UK.

I began my legal career by gaining experience across sectors such as renewables (solar and bioenergy), tourism, IT, legaltech, and biotech in Türkiye. I also have expertise in regulatory matters, where state authority practices play a crucial role. Since January 2020, I have been providing legal and corporate advisory services in the UK, using my cross-border knowledge to help clients succeed in both jurisdictions.
